  • Participated in the VIP accreditation for the Morgan Wallen concert and the regular gate for the Shania Twain concert.

  • Managed various tickets with about 10 different wristbands

Working as box office staff at Troxy Theatre, supporting ticketing and audience entry before a live show.

  • Scan tickets at the entrance of the theatre using DICE/usher attendees to their seats. (Ask me about the Jorja Smith concert and how I solved a last-minute issue)

  • Work closely with the Box Office Manager to help out when any issues arise.

Acting as registration supervisor at Pride in London 2024, supporting volunteers and managing attendee check-in.

  • Acted as the main point of contact for any volunteer accreditation issue as supervisor

  • Use the FestivalPro software and give the right wristbands and oversee any new volunteer application on the day of the event.

  • Friday, I helped out by giving the parking passes to the deliveries and ensuring that no unknown deliveries were coming on site

  • In the evening, I helped with the crew and staff accreditation for the event over the weekend, using Eventree.

  • On Sunday, I was helping get the right wristbands to the VIP attendees at the VIP entrance by scanning and analysing the tickets.
