Managed the smooth execution of each trader and exhibitor on Imperial College Road for the weekend.
Ensure that each exhibitor was following their brief and had everything that they needed during the festival.
Led a team of 4-5 volunteers and 1 Zone Supervisor, including their breaks, to help with the smooth process of the festival.

Check guests in when they get to the campsite and ensure tight parking on the campsite.
Make sure that all queries and issues at the campsite are sorted and logged in.
Liaise with security, the cleaning team and the food traders to ensure a smooth experience for all the campers on-site.

Liaise with the AXS employees and Gate Manager for any queries or issues.
Managing the staff scanning on the lanes and overseeing their welfare.
Managing the different types of tickets accordingly.
Making sure that the staff had everything in place for a smooth opening of the site.

Manage a team of 10-15 Brand Ambassadors, handing out wristbands and staying on top of the door opening schedule.
Ensure wristband stock and adapt to the news from the manager.
Manage the recycling process with the team and ensure a tight count of boxes at the end of the shifts.
