Kaleidoscope Festival 2026 - Main Stage Artist Liaison
Work with another colleague to ensure that the main stage dressing rooms are prepared as per the artist riders and always topped up.
Work with a team of 15 artist liaisons as a team to ensure overall smooth operations of the festival.
Liaise with the catering team and the drivers to ensure that the artists and their families are driven to the correct place on time for show time.
SXSW London 2026 - Artist Liaison for Colours Hoxton
Work with a team of 2 as artist liaisons to manage artists and ensure that they get on stage on time, including one day with multiple big gospel choirs as artists.
Liaise with the Stage Manager, Production Manager and the Venue Manager to ensure smooth show days.
Manage the rotation of artists in the green room when needed due to a small green room.
Kaleidoscope Festival 2025 - Main Stage Artist Liaison
Took care of the 4 main artists: Prepared their green rooms and backstage kits based on the riders.
Made sure that the artists were ready on time to get to the stage. Liaised with the bus driver and catering team for the well-being of artists.
Worked with a team of 15 artist liaisons to ensure that artists were taken care of and driven all around the venue on time.
SXSW London 2025 - Hoxton Hall Artist Liaison
Acted as artist liaison for the Hoxton Hall venue for the duration of the festival and 93 Feet East on the last day: getting green rooms ready, pre-event communication with the artist and last-minute requests.
Liaise with Tour Managers, Venue, Stage Manager and Production Manager.
Tate Mcrae O2 arena - VIP Greeting
Communicate with invited Friends and Family before, during and after the event.
Greet them upon their arrival at the venue, guide them to their dedicated room and inside the venue before the concert.
Making sure that they are happy and helping with any specific requests.
Bromont Blues 2023 & 2024 - Artist Liaison Manager
Due to a small team, I acted as an Artist liaison for the outdoor concerts that I managed: pre-event artist booking and communication, preparing the green room, liaising with the technical team, greeting artists and managing on-site artist requests.
Ministry of Sound - DJ Artist Liaison
Overseeing the artists' riders, the green room, and the artist accreditation for 3 rooms inside the venue.
Communicate closely with the technician and artist to make sure that they get the best service and solve any last-minute issues.
Work closely with the Guest list staff, security, and bar staff.
