Kaleidoscope Festival 2025 - Main Stage Artist Liaison

  • Took care of the 4 main artists: Prepared their green rooms and backstage kits based on the riders.

  • Make sure that the artist were ready on time to get to stage. Liaised with the bus driver and catering team for the wellbeing of artists.

Working as artist liaison at SXSW London, coordinating access and supporting artists and security at a venue entrance.

SXSW London 2025 - Hoxton Hall Artist Liaison

  • Acted as artist liaison for the Hoxton Hall venue for the duration of the festival  and 93 Feet East on the last day: getting green rooms ready, pre-event communication with the artist and last minute requests.

  • Liaise with Tour Managers, Venue, Stage Manager and Production Manager.

  • Great them at their arrival to the venue, guide them to their dedicated room and inside the venue before the concert.

  • Due to a small team, I acted as an Artist liaison for the outdoors concerts that I managed: pre-event artist booking and communication, preparing green room, liaising with technical team, greeting artists and managing on-site artist requests.

  • Overseeing the artists' riders, the green room, and the artist accreditation for 3 rooms inside the venue.

  • Communicate closely with the technician and artist to make sure that they get the best service and solve any last-minute issues.

  • Work closely with the Guest list staff, security, and bar staff.
